As a Contracts Manager, you’ll be responsible for the end-to-end management of contracts, subcontracts, and related legal agreements, including their initiation, negotiation, execution, acceptance, and ongoing administration. The role ensures contractual compliance, mitigates risk, and supports strong business relationships with governmental and non-governmental organizations. Essential Job Functions: • Manage the initiation, negotiation, execution, acceptance, and maintenance of contracts. • Oversee contract negotiations and approvals. • Maintain contract templates and standard agreements. • Collaborate with senior management on contract strategies. • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. • Assist in complex contract negotiations. • Provide guidance to junior team members. • Handle contract-related inquiries. Basic Qualifications: • Master's degree in Law or equivalent combination of education and experience • Typically, 7+ years of relevant work experience with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role / IT industry • Proven experience in contract management and negotiations • Proficiencies in contract law, risk assessment, and contract drafting • A continuous learner who stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology Other Qualifications: • Relevant certifications such as Certified Commercial Contracts Manager (CCCM) or Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM) a plus. #LI-hybrid At DXC Technology, we believe strong connections and community are key to our success.
