Job Responsibilities
Organize conferences and events from concept to completion. Act as the sole planner on some events and collaborate on larger projects. Manage budgets and negotiate costs with suppliers. Instruct and manage internal and external vendors. Ensure adherence to company policies and industry regulations. Deliver high-quality output under tight deadlines. Support J.P. Morgan activity throughout EMEA. Work closely with business stakeholders to align event strategies. Maintain quality and value standards. Adapt to dynamic priorities and work extra hours as needed. Advocate for ongoing change and innovation. Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills: Extensive experience in event management or marketing. Experience in a global Financial/Professional Services environment. Strong analysis and project management skills. Superior oral and written communication skills. Ability to deliver clear and succinct messages. Comfortable with technology and different systems. Demonstrate leadership skills and high integrity. Highly motivated, flexible, and innovative.
