 Security Clearance Status: Not Required The Quality Inspect or III ensures that the quality of UTC suppliers, products and processes are compliant with internal and regulatory standards and are continuously improving. am – 3:30 pm, Monday – Friday, occasional Saturdays as business needs dictate.
What You Will Do
Works under general supervision to assist with inspecting arriving, in-process and completed products for quality. Performs basic to moderately complex in-process, final bench and product feature inspections. Inspects actual products on the floor and on-line. Performs basic to moderately complex production checks and conformity inspections. Records measurement data in written form along with computer entries Enters data into MRP system Epicor for inspection results Entry into record Logs , Excel, and Forms used in Quality Records Uses basic hand measurement tools such as standard measurement tapes, micrometers, and microscope.
Qualifications
You Must Have • Typically requires HS diploma (or equivalent, e.g. G.E.D. in the US) or vocational/technical education in related discipline with a minimum of 2 year s of relevant experience.
