 OVERVIEW The Digital and Technology team at General Mills India Centre is looking for a passionate and enthusiastic individual to join the Artificial Intelligence team in the capacity of Sr. Analyst. The role will be part of the Digital & Technology, AI & Automation team and will contribute to our objective of leading CPG in digital and technology. The incumbent will support AI & Automation projects in planning, managing, and evaluating operations, processes, and programs. This role will also be responsible for initiatives across the AI life cycle, including new project development, process engineering, and governance of key AI assets. In addition, the role will work closely with business stakeholders and D&T to ensure the development and execution of enterprise AI initiatives. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Support project pipeline management and new project development, including triaging agents and building domain-specific agents. Assist in planning and implementation of AI projects, initiatives, and deliverables. Provide consultation, coordinating questions, and managing feature requests. Monitor feedback and insights, collaborating with Agent Authors to assess program effectiveness and make recommendations for optimization and improvement. Support and coordinate end-to-end governance processes for agents. Manage the agent publishing lifecycle, including user acceptance testing and acting as the first line of triage for agents. Analyze, present, and report on key performance indicators and overall program progress. Partner with stakeholders to educate and identify AI opportunities, leading workshops to identify the art of the possible Champion AI throughout the organization. Performs other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelors in technology / engineering/science in a related field. Overall 8+yrs of IT experience with 5+ years of experience working in an IT technical role, preferably Business Intelligence OR portfolio management. Experience working with generative and agentic AI tools. Experience managing complex technical tasks and projects. Knowledge of AI concepts and applications. Experience in AI project implementation Project management and coordination and proficiency in project management tools like ADO, JIRA etc. Analytical and problem-solving skills. Data analysis and reporting and Proficiency in data analysis tools. Excellent communication skills- visual, verbal, and written. Operational excellence and process mindset. Excellent organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and strong problem-solving abilities. Comfortable prioritizing competing needs and handling multiple tasks concurrently.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience with data visualization tools Knowledge of Google Cloud a plus.
