As a Project Intern, you will contribute to impactful short-term projects and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, professional environment. Responsibilities - Provide day-to-day administrative support, including scheduling meetings and reserving meeting rooms. - Support expense report preparation and submission. - Correspond with external companies and partners via email in a professional manner. - Attend meetings with external partner companies and support follow-up actions as needed. - Support the logistics, coordination, and organization of internal events and meetings, such as All Hands, Town Halls, and leadership meetings. - Provide general coordination and administrative support for ongoing team activities.
