Responsibilities
As a Division Training Manager , you’ll be a leader in a high-performance culture. You will… Lead Division field training across multiple regions and branch locations, ensuring consistent execution of company programs and standards. Partner with operational leaders to identify training priorities based on business needs, performance trends, employee feedback, and organizational initiatives. Translate corporate training expectations into practical processes, tools, and reinforcement methods that leaders and employees can use in the field. Oversee onboarding and position-specific field training so employees receive the required resources, coaching, hands-on experience, and follow-up. Build practical learning tools including training roadmaps, checklists, job aids, learning summaries, facilitator materials, and manager follow-up resources. Facilitate instructor-led, virtual, and field-based training for employees and managers; provide hands-on coaching when additional reinforcement is needed. Evaluate training in the field through branch visits, observation, employee performance, manager feedback, assessments, and operational results. Track completion and effectiveness by maintaining training and certification records and providing leadership visibility into employee progress, trainer coverage, and identified gaps. Improve training continuously by identifying recurring performance concerns, collaborating with subject matter experts, and recommending changes to content, process, technology, or delivery methods. Support compliance and safety by ensuring training aligns with company policies, operational procedures, regulatory requirements, and established standards. What type of benefits will you receive?
