About this role

The Investor Relations Coordinator is an Associate Manager (CL8) that will provide dedicated operational support to the Investor Relations (IR) function, with end-to-end ownership of investor contacts, meetings, conferences, events and team logistics. The role requires organization, responsiveness and judgement typically associated with supporting a senior executive office. This position is more than an administrative role. The coordinator will establish reliable operating discipline across a high-volume and externally visible IR calendar, allowing senior IR team members to focus on investor engagement, financial analysis and strategic communications.

Key responsibilities

Own the scheduling and coordination of investor and analyst meetings, conferences, roadshows, earnings-related sessions and other IR events. Maintain accurate investor and analyst contact information, profiles, distribution lists and interaction records. Coordinate complex calendars involving senior executives, institutional investors, equity analysts and internal stakeholders. Manage meeting invitations, briefing-material distribution, logistics, technology requirements and follow-up actions. Support planning and execution for quarterly earnings calls, investor and analyst days and the annual shareholder meeting. Coordinate conference participation, including registrations, agendas, executive schedules, travel requirements and meeting materials. Maintain the central IR calendar and provide visibility to upcoming deadlines, investor engagements and required deliverables. Manage controlled distribution of approved investor materials and other external communications. Support the timely collection, organization and version control of briefing documents and event materials. Anticipate scheduling or logistical issues, resolve them proactively and escalate material risks as appropriate. Handle sensitive information and external communications with professionalism and discretion. Provide broader operational support to the Head of Investor Relations and IR leadership team as required. Job Requirements: This role could require travel per the business needs approximately 25% of the time Basic Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of experience in one or a combination of the following: executive support, investor relations coordination, financial services, corporate events, or executive office operations.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting a senior executive or high-profile corporate function is strongly preferred. Demonstrated experience managing complex calendars, meetings and events involving multiple senior stakeholders. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and contact or relationship-management tools. Excellent written communication, organization and follow-through. Experience working with investors, analysts, financial services organizations or public-company executives is beneficial. Ability to manage confidential and potentially market-sensitive information appropriately.
