Job Description
What you’ll do You'll help create meaningful, human-centered experiences that bring humanity to financial products and services. Design plays a vital role in how we serve our customers and shape the future of their financial well-being. Through three ten-month rotations, you'll build foundational design skills while contributing to real work that makes a difference for the people and communities we serve . As a n Experience Design Rotation P rogram A nalyst, you’ll : Get hands-on experience in a variety of design roles including discovery, product design and inclusive design Enhance your design integrity understanding and learn the nuances of user experience related to digital practices Develop technical and business acumen through training, mentorship, and exposure to senior executives Build a supportive community of peers through a variety of cohort strengthening activities such as social events, development workshops, and catered insight to support your transition from college to the workforce Give back to the communities where we live and work Who we’re looking for We're looking for curious and creative problem solvers who enjoy simplifying customer experiences and imagining the future of banking. Successful candidates are eager to learn multiple roles and functions within Customer Centricity and Design while building the skills, perspectives, and relationships that support a successful career in experience design.
Basic qualifications
Bachelor’s degree completed between December 2026 or Spring 2027 Basic understanding of digital communication and design principles Ability to start development program on Ju ly 1 2 , 202 7 Preferred qualifications: Strong written and verbal communication skills Preferred GPA of 3.0 or above Ability to think and work independently within a professional setting Interest in web and app design Prioriti zes leveraging data, artificial intelligence, and technology solutions to improve business processes and decision-making Strong analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills Flexibility to work within a multi-discipline team and receive dynamic on-the-job training Highly organized; ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously Familiarity with Microsoft apps such as Figma, Adobe XD and/or Sketch Working model and hours : This role follows U.S. Bank's hybrid work model, with employees expected to work from a U.S. Bank location at least 60% of the time and flexibility to work remotely the remainder of the time.
