Continuous improvement of existing products and processes Responsibly for ECN screening Support other manufacturing functions assigned by supervisor from time to time Complete assigned projects that include working process improvement, material utilization optimize and assigned specific department coordinator’s work. Provide day-to-day technical support & problem-solving for production, development and research operations, like localization, material substitution, etc. Train trainer on new equipment and processes Uses rigorous processes and technical knowledge to build detailed technical understanding for key process steps Function as a team member or team leader on focused projects Implement and document material, process and/or equipment changes Create and modify assembly and flyer drawings. Create and modify drawings as part of raw material specifications Uses simple statistical tools and Designed Experiments (DOE) in process problem solving and process improvement; Uses more sophisticated statistical tools and DOE techniques in problem solving and process/product improvement Lead new product introductions through equipment installation, process certification, documentation, training and production ramp up to achieve the output/yield/cost target. Develop SME knowledge of material, process and/or equipment in focused areas of manufacturing or engineering Drive continuous improvement of existing products and processes Quick response for new product requirement from customer include the sample delivery and process development and cost analysis. Create and maintain BOM for regular products Routine Maintenance and check oMaintain the correct routine in PTS/QAD system. oCheck the routine before release the WO. Order Review oProvide a close support to SCM and customer service for order review/inquiry to ensure the on-time delivery. oTo be a coordinator for customized order Education & Experience

Bachelor of Chemical or Science in Engineering or equivalent technical experience At least 5 years experiences in process engineering or other related manufacturing engineering area including process, material, control, mechanical and Chemical. Required Skills. Competencies, or Certification
