We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Project Manager, Operations to join our team and play a pivotal role in this mission. In this position, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of complex operational projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. You will be a key partner to our clients, helping them achieve their ambitions by delivering seamless and innovative operational solutions. This role requires a proactive and collaborative leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at managing diverse stakeholders, and leverages technology to drive efficiency and excellence. By overseeing critical projects, you will directly contribute to enhancing our clients' operational performance and creating spaces that are sustainable, efficient, and inspiring.

Experience: A minimum of 5 years of direct project management experience, preferably in an operations, corporate real estate, or facilities management context.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field. Project Management Expertise: A proven track record of managing all phases of the project lifecycle, from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, and closure. Financial Acumen: Strong experience in developing and managing project budgets, forecasting costs, and conducting financial reporting. Stakeholder Management: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to manage relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams effectively. Problem-Solving: Proactive in identifying project risks, developing robust mitigation plans, and resolving complex issues as they arise. Technical Proficiency: High proficiency with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet) and the Microsoft Office Suite.

Certification: PMP (Project Management Professional) or a similar certification (e.g., PRINCE2) is highly desirable. Industry Knowledge: Experience within the commercial real estate services industry. Process Improvement: Familiarity with process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma. Sustainability Focus: Experience managing projects that successfully incorporate sustainability and ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) goals. Data-Driven Approach: Experience using data analytics and business intelligence tools to inform project decisions and report on performance. Advanced Education: An advanced degree, such as an MBA, is considered a plus.
