Make a real impact In this dynamic environment, we are looking for an ambitious and self-driven Associate to join our high-performing Transfer Pricing team in Athens . Perform financial and economic analyses of intercompany transactions Conduct research in international tax laws and OECD Guidelines Support client engagements with data analysis, presentations and reporting Assist in the design of global transfer pricing models and policies Use feedback and reflection to develop self-awareness, personal strengths and address development areas Demonstrate critical thinking and the ability to bring order to unstructured problems Use a broad range of tools and techniques to extract insights from current industry or sector trends Know how and when to use tools available for a given situation and can explain the reasons for this choice Seek and embrace opportunities which give exposure to different situations, environments and perspectives Use straightforward communication, in a structured way, when influencing and connecting with others Able to read situations and modify behavior to build quality relationships Uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct What you bring matters 1-3 years of professional experience in Transfer Pricing or related field. Candidates with experience in Tax Consulting, Tax Audit, or other tax-related positions that provide a solid understanding of tax principles and regulations will also be considered Degree in Accounting, Business Administration/Management, Economics, Finance, International Business. Other business-related fields may be considered (such as Quantitative Finance) Excellent computer skills, proficient user of MS Office (use of data analysis tools such as Alteryx and PowerBI will also be an advantage) Strong analytical and quantitative skills A confident and positive attitude, focused on teamwork and communication with colleagues and clients at all levels Commitment to providing excellent quality work and building client relationships Adaptability and agility to change Willingness for continuous learning and development Eagerness to learn and experiment with AI technologies Excellent communication skills in both Greek and English, with the ability to clearly convey complex information in written and verbal form BRING YOUR BEST, EVERYDAY Your skills, integrity, and curiosity make the difference.
