Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure infrastructure services and hybrid cloud architectures. Practical experience with Azure Local, Azure Stack HCI, Windows Server, failover clustering, Storage Spaces Direct, Hyper-V, software-defined networking, and enterprise virtualization platforms. Experience with Azure Arc onboarding, governance, policy, inventory, extensions, monitoring, and hybrid resource management. Knowledge of Azure Local deployment options, registration, cloud-based management, lifecycle operations, update management, monitoring, security configuration, and validation. Strong understanding of enterprise networking concepts including VLANs, routing, DNS, DHCP, firewall rules, load balancing, hybrid connectivity, VPN, and ExpressRoute. Experience with identity and access management using Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory Domain Services, RBAC, privileged access principles, and secure administration practices. Ability to deploy, manage, or integrate Kubernetes services such as AKS enabled by Azure Arc or AKS on Azure Local, including GitOps, monitoring, and cluster lifecycle concepts. Working knowledge of Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, alerts, workbooks, metrics, diagnostic settings, and operational dashboards. Experience with automation and infrastructure as code using PowerShell, Azure CLI, ARM templates, Bicep, Terraform, GitHub, Azure DevOps, or equivalent tooling. Understanding of backup, disaster recovery, business continuity, security hardening, compliance, and operational governance for hybrid infrastructure platforms. What You Need To Bring : 2+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure infrastructure and hybrid services. Experience delivering customer-facing consulting engagements, technical workshops, assessments, implementations, migrations, and operational handovers. Ability to translate business, application, regulatory, and operational requirements into scalable technical designs. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage technical teams, project managers, architects, executives, and customer stakeholders. Proven ability to work independently in complex enterprise environments and manage multiple project workstreams. Experience with VMware-to-Azure Local or Hyper-V migration projects. Experience with Azure Virtual Desktop, Azure Kubernetes Service, Microsoft Defender for Cloud, Azure Site Recovery, Azure Backup, or infrastructure modernization programs.
