Professional Services Delivery – Global Competency Center is a global team of 1,000+ professionals, united by expertise, passion, and a commitment to excellence. With an average experience of over 10 years, our consultants bring deep domain knowledge and cross-industry insights that help us deliver meaningful outcomes for our customers worldwide.  Strategically located in India, Sofia, Tunis, and Dalian, our teams collaborate seamlessly to provide a full spectrum of consulting services, The candidate will provide : Proven experience as a Project Manager or Project Lead, with solid knowledge of standard project management methodologies, including scope, schedule, effort, risk, resources, communication, and quality management Must have direct project management experience with end users (not limited to subcontractor/vendor-side PM roles)  Experience in communicating with clients, including explaining design, solutions, and work scope, and driving alignment through effective negotiation  Strategic and flexible thinking, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset  Experience in managing projects involving Japan customers or cross-border teams is highly preferred. Technical Expertise and Skills required Candidates must demonstrate strong proficiency in at least one of the below technical domains. Multiple areas will be an advantage. Cloud Platforms: AWS / Azure  Hyper-Converged Infrastructure (HCI)  Container Technologies (OpenShift / Kubernetes) ★  Virtualization Platforms (VMware / Hyper-V) ★  Operating Systems (Windows / Red Hat Linux)  Infrastructure Middleware (Job Scheduling, Monitoring, Backup)  Hardware (Servers / Storage)  Automation (Ansible)  Scripting (Shell, PowerShell)  Low-Code Application Development (e.g., Power Platform)  Candidates with strong experience in design and build phases of projects are highly preferred.
