Highlights & Primary Responsibilities: Large referring base with backing through the Optum Centers of Excellence network Full-Time (1.0 FTE) working 5 days per week (40 hours) Growth, Leadership, and Teaching opportunities when timing aligns Practice would consist of 6-8 clinicians (Physicians and Advanced Practitioners) Team-based approach to best patient outcomes through value-based care Orders lab studies and imaging when indicated.
