At Live Nation Entertainment, our people embrace these qualities, so if this sounds like you then please read on!  THE JOB Lakewood Amphitheatre is seeking Parking Lot Attendants who will be responsible for directing and creating a smooth flow of vehicle traffic upon entry and exit from the venue. This is a part-time, seasonal position for show days. WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO Direct motorists to parking areas or parking spaces, using hand signals, flags, and flashlights as necessary. Lift, position, and remove barricades to open or close parking areas. Keep parking areas clean and orderly to ensure that space usage is maximized. Patrol parking areas to prevent vehicle damage and vehicle or property thefts. Process parking fee payments using provided point of sale (POS) devices and follow company credit card handling guidelines. May support parking operations in setting up signage, cones, and other parking traffic control equipment. Show CARE by participating in the venue’s sustainability program which could include implementing programs that conserve resources/prevent waste such as sorting waste and collecting recycling and educating our fans about our efforts. Other tasks assigned by the Parking Manager or Supervisor. WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING A high school diploma/GED preferred. Position requires constant walking and occasional sitting. Previous experience as a parking lot attendant is preferred. Must possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to express oneself in a professional, clear and concise fashion. Must present a well-groomed appearance. Must pass a required pre-employment background check.
