Lincoln Electric's Harris Products Groups’ Mechanical Engineering Co-op Program offers hands-on experience in mechanical engineering. Co-op will work alongside experienced engineers to drive change throughout the organization. This program is ideal for individuals eager to apply their academic knowledge in a fast-paced, real-world environment where innovation and collaboration drive success. What You'll Work On

Identify and implement improvements to existing manufacturing processes to enhance the safety, quality, and efficiency of global products.   Collaborate with a team of engineers on capital projects & production support.   Learn and apply Six Sigma tools and techniques through formal training and hands-on improvement projects. Basic Qualifications

Pursuing or having achieved a bachelor's degree in engineering   Eligible to work in the U.S. on a full-time, permanent basis without sponsorship Preferred Qualifications

An engineering degree in any of the following disciplines: Mechanical, Industrial, or any related technologies   Minimum overall GPA of 3.0   Desire to work in a manufacturing environment   Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics   Strong verbal and written communication skills   Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment   Familiarity with OSHA and SDS safety standards
