This role supports the development and refinement of artificial intelligence (AI) models to improve customer service automation capabilities. It involves applying prompt engineering, fine-tuning techniques, and contributing to the creation of AI tools that optimize system performance. The role assists in designing and building AI systems that enhance interaction capabilities within complex service workflows. Success is measured by the quality of contributions to AI integration efforts and the individual's growth toward independent delivery. The work impacts the organization by supporting operational efficiency and customer satisfaction through AI-driven improvements. Job Responsibilities : Support the development of conversational AI and Agent Engineering capabilities, contributing to AI models that enhance customer service automation with measurable improvements Learn and apply prompt engineering and fine-tuning techniques under guidance to optimize AI system performance effectively Assist in creating AI tools that enable integration of AI-driven improvements into operational frameworks Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support effective integration and functionality of AI systems Contribute to the design and testing of AI systems that improve interaction capabilities within complex service workflows Participate in strategic AI initiatives that advance organizational goals of customer satisfaction and efficiency Responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed Education and Work Experience : Bachelor's Degree OR combination of education and experience deemed equivalent (Required) Acceptable areas of study include Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Preferred) Less than 2 years Developing and optimizing AI models, particularly in customer service automation (Preferred) Less than 2 years Applying AI techniques such as prompt engineering and fine-tuning (Preferred) Less than 2 years Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate AI-driven solutions into production systems (Preferred) Knowledge, Skills and Abilities : Cloud Computing (Required) Collaboration (Required) Customer-Focused (Required) Data Analysis (Required) Data Management (Required) Data Modeling (Required) Model Tuning (Required) Prompt Engineering (Required) Licenses and Certifications : Certified Analytics Professional (CAP): Certification that validates an individual's expertise in analytics processes, including the formulation of business and analytics problems, methodology selection, and model building.
