Your role Key responsibilities in your new role Ensure timely execution of payments and financial closing activities in compliance with established policies, procedures, and service level agreements Drive productivity and operational efficiency by identifying, implementing, and monitoring automation opportunities and process improvements Manage and coordinate audit inquiries related to Accounts Payable (AP) from internal and external auditors, ensuring timely and accurate responses Perform reconciliation of vendor statements and Accounts Payable accounts, and resolve vendor inquiries and discrepancies promptly Ensure effective implementation and adherence to risk management practices and internal control measures within daily Accounts Payable operations Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and comprehensive process documentation , including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to support smooth Accounts Payable operations and continuous process improvement initiatives Support compliance with corporate policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration , or a related field Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Accounts Payable or General Accounting, preferably within a manufacturing or similar environment Hands-on experience with SAP systems and Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills Solid knowledge of financial accounting principles, processes, procedures , and double-entry bookkeeping Proven ability to manage and lead finance-related projects and process improvement initiatives Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and timely delivery of results Professional accounting certifications (ACCA, CPA, CIMA, CA, or equivalent) are an added advantage #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
