We are seeking a highly motivated individual as our NGG Resiliency Lead Systems Engineer for the first vehicle launch on program. This role blends systems architecture, technical product ownership, and the coordination with direct and indirect government customers. As the NGG Resiliency Lead, you will integrate a multi-domain IPT by owning final vehicle integration and capability deployment for an SV1 launch. You will play a key role in defining the crawl-to-walk strategy while integrating the capability for early orbit demonstration testing. You will work closely with the System CPE and other stakeholders to develop and maintain the technical roadmap to enable the first Resilient Missile Warning vehicle. The information below includes the standard job description for this position Performs technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk, and supportability and effectiveness analyses for total systems. Analyses are performed at all levels of total system product to include concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance, and disposal. Ensures the logical and systematic conversion of customer or product requirements into total systems solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints. Performs functional analysis, timeline analysis, detail trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications. Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field; or equivalent work experience Strong problem solving skills Experience with complex system of systems architecture, design, and implementation Ability to develop and implement technical strategies and roadmaps Strong technical leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and customer-facing skills Active and current Top Secret clearance required to obtain TS/SCI.
