Harness (GenAI DevOps) Engineer 📍 Locations: Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Coimbatore 💼 Experience: 5-7 Years We are hiring a Harness (GenAI DevOps) Engineer to lead Proof of Concept (POC) initiatives and drive DevOps transformation for strategic US Bank programs. Key Requirements
Hands-on experience with Harness CI/CD Platform (CI, CD, STO preferred) Strong knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps lifecycle, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and automation Experience with Git, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps Expertise in Docker, Kubernetes, Linux/Unix Strong scripting skills in Python and Shell Cloud experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP Experience integrating DevOps, security, testing, and monitoring tools Exposure to GenAI-enabled DevOps workflows is highly preferred
Responsibilities
Design and implement CI/CD pipelines using Harness Automate deployments and create self-service developer workflows Integrate Harness with enterprise DevOps and cloud ecosystems Enable shift-left security and policy-based governance Demonstrate POC outcomes, productivity gains, and deployment efficiencies
