We are currently on the lookout for an Intern - Business Analysis to join our team. This is an opportunity for the r ight candidate to fast track their Business Analysis career by embarking on a practical journey into Business Analysis consisting of hands-on Business Analysis experience, coaching/training by experienced Product Managers and complete exposure to a global product delivery setup.

Collaborat ing with the Product Managers and other stakeholders to understand market problems, research on business solutions and to create the solution specification with emphasis on Requirement Engineering per IIBA best practices   Collaborat ing with the Project Managers to plan and monitor delivery commitments across a complex delivery ecosystem   Collaborat ing with the Scrum teams to execute the solution through build, test and deploy   Actively engag ing and collaborat ing with all relevant stakeholders to learn from their experience and insights throughout the internship period   Actively monitor ing and complet ing learning objectives to ensure coverage for the duration of the internship   Actively participat ing in all training and development sessions     Requirements:   Must be c urrently pursuing a B achelor’s D egree in I nformation T echnology , Computer Science, or a related field   Must possess foundational knowledge of Business Analysis and tools such as UML, BPMN etc.    Must possess basic knowledge in UI/UX, Scrum and affinity for technology   Must demonstrate a s trong problem-solving and analytical mindset, and attention to detail   Must possess e xcellent communication and interpersonal skills   Must be self-driven and a team player     Benefits:   An attractive allowance   Paid birthday leave   Exposure to the corporate culture of a Fortune 100 company   An opportunity to work with and learn from industry specialists, and develop professionally in your chosen field   Opportunities to network and build lasting professional relationships   A progressive culture that promotes work-life harmony and personal development       Sysco LABS is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
