Drive execution and learning by leading feature delivery, communicating updates (including executive-ready content), running feature readouts with insights, and iterating based on results. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience. 7+ years of technical product management, technical program management, or related experience delivering customer-facing technology solutions. 5+ years of experience supporting digital commerce, e-commerce, retail technology, or related commerce platforms. Experience partnering with engineering teams to deliver large-scale web-based products and services. Experience defining both functional and non-functional requirements. Experience reviewing technical architecture and solution designs. Experience delivering complex API and system integration initiatives. Experience coordinating initiatives across multiple stakeholder groups and technology organizations. Strong Agile delivery experience including backlog refinement, user story development, and release planning. Excellent written, verbal, and executive-level communication skills. Demonstrated ability to influence and drive alignment without direct authority. Preferred Qualifications Shopify or Shopify Plus experience. Direct-to-consumer (DTC) commerce platform experience. Marketplace commerce experience, including platforms such as TikTok Shop, Meta Shop, Amazon Marketplace, Walmart Marketplace, or similar ecosystems. Experience integrating commerce platforms with marketing technology solutions. Experience supporting subscription-based commerce products.
