Senior Analyst, GBS Technology

As a Senior Analyst, GBS Technology , you will be responsible for delivering data-driven insights and solutions to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of GBS business processes.   The role will use various tools and techniques such as automation, process intelligence, analytics, reporting through tools like PowerBI, Celonis, Robotic Process Automation to analyze, optimize and monitor the performance of our process activities and partner to develop digital solutions to improve processes.   Reporting Senior Manager, GBS Technology Lead, you’ll be collaborating closely with continuous improvement leads and with other subject matter experts (SMEs) and stakeholders to understand their needs and provide them with relevant and actionable digital solutions to solve problems.   This role is based in our Bucharest , Romania office, with a hybrid working model that blends remote and on-site work.     A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

Responsible for creation of digital solutions , including requirements and design and implementation Roadmap and metrics /measurement of digital tools in collaboration with, operational results and future value stream identification Supporting and coaching digital creators through GBS to make digital ways of working a part of our DNA and educate analysts on digital opportunities. Use automation, process intelligence, analytics , reporting and PowerBI, Celonis, ServiceNow, and RPA to collect, process, analyze and visualize data from various sources and systems. Partner with continuous improvement resources to perform root cause analysis and identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, risks and gaps in our processes and workflows.

We’re Looking for Someone With

Completed Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, engineering, business, statistics, mathematics or related field At least 2 years of experience in digital, automation, process intelligence, analytics, reporting or related field Proficient in a suite of digital tools, such as PowerBI, Celonis (nice to have), robotic process automation and other tools and platforms for data analysis and visualization Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Fluent English and Romanian languages
