Drive SLA compliance, governance, process excellence, automation, AI adoption and stakeholder satisfaction while leading multiple delivery teams. What are we looking for? • Bachelor s Degree, MBA preferred • 10 to 12 years experience with 6+ years in Account Management or Sales Operations • Experience managing teams of 30 to 80 resources • Experience supporting Director and Senior Director stakeholders • Global delivery experience across NA, EMEA, LATAM and APAC • Strong communication, stakeholder management and problem solving skills • • Account Coverage, Territory and Quota Planning, Performance Tracking and Win Loss Analysis • Account segmentation, territory alignment and quota administration • Planning governance, data validation, reconciliation an Roles and Responsibilities: • Operations Management
• Lead Strategy, Planning and Readiness delivery across all processes • Manage account coverage, segmentation and territory alignment activities • Drive Territory and Quota Planning execution and governance • Deliver performance reporting, dashboards and executive QBRs • Lead Win Loss analysis and feedback programs • Ensure SLA, quality, audit and governance compliance • Drive process optimization, standardization and automation • Manage risks, escalations and service improvements • Partner with stakeholders to improve business outcomes • Support AI enabled reporting, planning and analytics solutions

• Act as process owner for Account Management delivery • Monitor KPIs and drive performance improvements • Govern SOPs, controls and knowledge management • Lead governance reviews, RCA and corrective actions • Ensure reporting accuracy, data quality and compliance • Identify productivity and automation opportunities
