As a Pricing & Compliance Analyst you will join a high-impact commercial team where your work will directly influence profitable growth across Hologic's Diagnostic Solutions business. The Pricing & Compliance Analyst serves as the operational backbone of pricing execution, ensuring strong price realization, contract compliance, and effective deal support. Partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Commercial Analytics, you'll transform pricing insights into action while helping the organization maximize revenue and margin performance. Job Summary Reporting to the Senior Director, Sales Excellence with a dotted line to the Pricing Manager, the Pricing & Compliance Analyst helps Diagnostic Solutions drive profitable growth through effective price realization and contract compliance. This role complements the Pricing Manager: where that role owns pricing strategy, the Pricing Committee, and pricing tools, this role takes ownership of pricing and compliance execution, including deal support, Gross Margin Calculator turnaround, Pricing Committee preparation, and the day-to-day operation of pricing tools, while serving as a dedicated owner who operationalizes pricing initiatives and compliance in the field. This is a high-visibility role in a fast-paced, PE-owned environment focused on maximizing price realization and profitable growth. It works hand in hand with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Commercial Analytics to turn pricing and compliance insight into action, and de-risks a function that today runs largely through a single person. The analyst uses AI tools, including Claude, to accelerate deal support, analysis, and compliance monitoring. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The incumbent may be asked to perform other function-related activities in addition to the responsibilities below as reasonably required by business needs. Pricing & Deal Support

Provide day-to-day deal support and fast Gross Margin Calculator (GMC) turnaround, analyzing deal economics and price/volume tradeoffs to enable timely, profitable decisions. Prepare materials, analyses, and recommendations for the recurring Pricing Committee, in partnership with the Pricing Manager. Help maintain, improve, and operate pricing tools, models, and processes for the business.

Pricing Optimization & Execution

Serve as a dedicated owner for operationalizing pricing initiatives, translating pricing strategy and levers into executable actions in the field. Identify opportunities to maximize and optimize pricing methodology and price realization, and measure and track outcomes against goals. Engage Sales and Marketing to drive adoption, execution, and accountability on pricing actions.

Compliance & Analytics

Build and scale the pricing compliance capability: analyze the relationship between customers' contractual commitments and their actual purchasing, identify gaps, and partner with Sales to address them. Manage and analyze pricing and compliance data (deal history, sources of price change, realized vs. contracted price) to surface actionable insights. Support data quality and validation for pricing and compliance data, reconciling multiple sources to ensure accuracy before it informs decisions. Collaborate with the Commercial Analytics & Insights team on shared data, reporting, and AI capabilities as needed. Use AI tools, including Claude, to accelerate analysis, deal support, and compliance monitoring.

Strong analytical skills and expert Excel; comfortable working with large, imperfect data sets and pricing/deal data. Solid business acumen and communication; able to engage Sales and
