The GTM Content Development Manager is an embedded content and sales enablement role supporting the USLI CCaSS team. The role will be responsible for identifying priority go-to-market and sales-content needs, translating complex propositions into clear business narratives, and developing or tailoring high-quality assets for internal education and client conversations. The role will own an insight-led content plan and delivery cadence that equips client-facing teams with consistent, relevant and easy-to-use materials, supports campaign and event activation. The person will use stakeholder feedback and available performance data to continuously improve content effectiveness. The role will work closely with CCaSS and GTM leaders, subject-matter resources, client-facing teams, Business Development, BMC, Insights and other relevant teams to plan and deliver on these GTM and sales content development priorities. Your key responsibilities Research • Engage USLI CCaSS stakeholders to clarify business objectives, GTM / sales priorities, buyer needs, differentiators, intended use cases and required outcomes before content planning and development begins. • Collaborate with other teams to find and/or conduct focused research on priority CCaSS themes, client issues, market developments, competitor positioning and relevant campaigns to inform content direction. • Identify, assess and reuse existing Global, regional and cross-SL assets where appropriate, avoiding duplication and highlighting content gaps that require new development. • Work with CCaSS subject-matter resources to understand complex offerings and validate the accuracy, relevance and recency of messages, evidence and supporting materials. • Maintain awareness of emerging topics, content practices and formats and appropriate technology, including AI-enabled tools, that can improve content quality and speed of delivery. Develop or tailor GTM and sales content • Develop, co-develop, tailor and localize client and sales content for priority topics, adapting messages for the relevant audience, market, formats, channel and stage of the client conversation. Asset formats could be (but not limited to) client discussion decks, session decks, strategy and account decks, placemats, talk tracks, solution briefs, sales toolkits, client emailers, newsletters, thought leadership, event materials and self-serve guidance. • Translate complex technical and solution information into concise, business-centric narratives, compelling value propositions and practical conversation guides for client-facing teams. • Build content for campaigns and events, including materials that educate client-facing teams, create awareness and help teams conduct effective needs-based client conversations. • Prepare modular, updated self-service packs of sales assets, templates, tools and guidance, and ensure clear version control and ease of use. Project and operations management • Create and maintain a prioritized GTM content calendar and execution plan aligned with CCaSS priorities, campaigns, events and client-facing / account team needs. • Own and monitor end-to-end content development projects, including scoping, kick-off, workplans, timelines, dependencies, review cycles, approvals, risks and next steps. • Manage the content demand pipeline, prioritize requests with stakeholders and balance planned activity with time-sensitive business needs. • Coordinate multi-stakeholder working sessions and reviews; clarify objectives, document decisions and drive actions through to completion. • Apply quality-control checks for accuracy, coherence, brand and SCORE alignment, accessibility and readiness before publication or distribution. • Manage content libraries and distribution channels so that current, approved assets are easy to find across relevant portals and collaboration sites (Discover, SharePoint sites,
