At that time, the role will become directly aligned to the Diamond Infrastructure Solutions Company. About this role Diamond Infrastructure Solutions has an exciting opportunity for a Leveraged Air Specialist in Plaquemine (LA). L eads regional environmental compliance performance at Diamond LAO, GBO and regional Gulf Coast Pipeline Assets. Improves through implementation of the environmental system across an entire region to add value and to meet business/site and hub objectives as well as maintain the license to operate. Provides support across LAO, GBO and regional Gulf Coast Pipeline Assets organizations and handles more complex tasks and projects. Requires in-depth conceptual and practical knowledge in own job discipline and basic knowledge of related job disciplines.
Responsibilities
Develops LAO, GBO and regional Gulf Coast Pipeline Assets implementation plans and leads implementation of new and/or complex environmental standards, requirements and improvement initiatives, and tracks success. Ensures effective execution of new or improved environmental compliance programs, utilizing the MOC work process, standards and procedures throughout the region. Leads performance improvement of environmental compliance. Identifies opportunities to streamline delivery environmental resources and work processes. Has accountability to ensure external regulatory requirements are implemented across LAO, GBO and regional Gulf Coast Pipeline Assets. Provides coaching and mentoring to local delivery organization on the implementation of environmental compliance and plans; and to help them successfully provide oversight for environmental compliance. Performs compliance audits, targeted field assessments and site or plant gap assessments around environmental compliance work process implementation and assists the site or plants to develop gap closure plans. Participates in and provides data for environmental and special focus audits and assessments. Participates in incident investigations and the corrective action process for environmental issues and opportunities at Diamond LAO, GBO and regional Gulf Coast Pipeline Assets. Acts as a Reviewer for local MOC’s initiated at Diamond LAO, GBO and regional Gulf Coast Pipeline
