How the day will look like As a Regional Compensation Senior Specialist, you will play a senior, hands‑on role in delivering Compensation & Benefits activities across the region. You will lead or co‑lead key workstreams in annual and cyclical processes, provide advanced analytics and recommendations, and serve as a primary point of contact for regional stakeholders on compensation topics. You will: Lead or co‑lead annual compensation cycle activities (merit, promotions, incentives) through end‑to‑end data preparation, validation, testing, reconciliation, reporting, communications support, and issue resolution. Analyze and interpret compensation and market data to provide recommendations on salary structures, pay positioning, adjustments, offers, and program design, ensuring alignment with policies, internal equity, and market practice. Oversee complex compensation and benefits data, templates, trackers, and reporting, ensuring data quality, consistency, auditability, and readiness for governance and leadership reviews. Act as a senior point of contact for compensation and benefits queries from People Partners, HR Operations, Payroll, Finance, country HR, and other stakeholders, using sound judgment to resolve issues and escalating high‑risk or policy‑sensitive matters as needed. Support and coordinate regional participation in salary surveys, audits, compliance reviews, and governance activities, including job matching guidance, data submissions, reconciliations, and remediation plans. Partner with cross‑functional teams (HR, Payroll, Finance, Talent Acquisition, Legal) to ensure accurate and timely implementation of compensation decisions and program changes, and track completion of key actions and deliverables. You will work within a collaborative regional Compensation team, with room to grow towards broader rewards leadership or specialized expertise. Skills and experience that will lead to success Significant experience in compensation, rewards, HR operations, payroll, or people analytics in a data‑driven HR environment, ideally with regional or multi‑country scope. Strong working knowledge of compensation and benefits processes (e.g., salary administration, job evaluation, salary structures, incentives, benefits administration, salary surveys, HR data governance and compliance). Advanced analytical and problem‑solving skills, with demonstrated ability to collect, validate,
