Java Applications Development - Assistant Vice President

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Java Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java development, with a proven track record of designing, developing, and implementing complex software solutions. As a Senior Java Developer, you will be responsible for leading development projects, mentoring junior developers, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our software development processes.

Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable, and reliable Java applications. Lead the development of new features and enhancements, from concept to deployment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other developers, to define, design, and ship new features. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to other developers. Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies and advocate for their adoption where appropriate. Contribute to the improvement of our software development processes and best practices. Use AI based tools to improve the developer productivity and code quality Qualifications: 7+ years of professional experience in Java development. Strong proficiency in Java Version 21 or above, with a deep understanding of its core concepts and principles. Extensive experience with Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data). Experience with building and consuming RESTful APIs. Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles and design patterns. Experience with No SQL databases (e.g., Mongo DB). Experience with version control systems, such as Git. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience with microservices architecture. Experience with cloud platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Experience with containerization technologies, such as Docker and Kubernetes. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools Experience with Agile development methodologies.
