Senior Manager, Partner Solution Architect

As Senior Manager, Partner Solution Architects, you will lead and grow a team of Partner Success Architects (PSAs) based in our India Delivery Center, setting the technical direction, delivery standards, and career development path for the team. Your team is the technical backbone of our partner ecosystem, providing hands-on solution design, activation support, and delivery escalation expertise for our global network of Systems Integrator (SI) and Independent Software Vendor (ISV) Global Delivery Center personnel as Docusign’s in-region APJ partners. You will work cross-functionally with Americas, EMEA and AP partner and sales leadership, engineering, and the global Partner Success organization to make sure the right technical resources are deployed against the right priorities, and that every technical engagement ties back to a tangible, customer-facing partner deliverable. This position is a people manager role reporting to the Senior Director, Value Delivery Activation.

Lead, hire, coach, and develop a team of Partner Solution Architects in the India Delivery Center, setting technical quality standards, career paths, and performance expectations Own technical solutioning and technical delivery support for Docusign's APJ in-region teams, ensuring PSAs deliver timely, high-quality solution design, activation workshops, and delivery escalation support for partner-led engagements Own technical solutioning and technical delivery support for GDC resources across our Systems Integrator (SI) and Independent Software Vendor (ISV) network. Partner closely with in-region Partner Success and Sales leaders to align on ISV and SI enablement and delivery-support priorities, and ensure PSA resources are deployed in alignment with in-region business strategies and demand Define, document, and continuously refine team activities, engagement models, and playbooks, ensuring technical solutioning and technical delivery support connect directly to customer-facing partner deliverables Establish and report on agreed upon team KPIs (e.g., GDC pre-delivery assessment completion, nearshore delivery volume, GDC-to-onshore handoff SLAs, ISV/Builder enablement and activation velocity) to global Customer Success and Partner Success leadership Serve as the primary escalation point for complex technical issues raised by partner personnel, engaging Docusign engineering and product teams as needed Represent the Partner Success Architect function to internal stakeholders and partner organizations, championing consistent, scalable technical enablement practices Job Designation Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required.
