Shape the Future of Digital Rail Delivery We're looking for an experienced and motivated Senior BIM Manager to lead BIM excellence across major rail infrastructure projects. This is an opportunity to play a key role in delivering complex multidisciplinary schemes, driving innovation, improving digital delivery performance, and helping shape the future of rail infrastructure through BIM, Digital Engineering, and integrated project delivery. Whether you're an established Senior BIM Manager, Digital Delivery Lead, or a technically strong BIM professional ready for your next step, we'd like to hear from you. Here's what you'll do: Lead BIM and Digital Delivery across major rail projects. Develop and implement BIM standards, workflows, and best practices. Lead model coordination, federation, design integration, and digital collaboration. Oversee project BIM governance, including BEPs, Information Requirements, Delivery Plans, and compliance with BS EN ISO 19650. Drive the effective use of Common Data Environments, including ProjectWise and Autodesk Construction Cloud. Support integration of BIM, GIS, asset information, and emerging digital technologies. Mentor BIM professionals and help develop digital capability across the business. Work closely with clients, project teams, and supply chain partners to deliver high-quality digital outcomes. Experience leading BIM and Digital Delivery within rail, transportation, or infrastructure projects. Strong understanding of BIM implementation, model coordination, digital workflows, and CDEs. Working knowledge of BS EN ISO 19650 and industry best practice. Experience using tools such as OpenBuildings, OpenRail, MicroStation, Revit, Navisworks, ProjectWise, and Autodesk Construction Cloud.
