Join us and redefine what’s next for you Job Family Definition: Executes operational activities related to quote, price, configuration, deal registration, order management process, invoicing, and contract life-cycle management to ensure that sales orders are successfully completed from quote to delivery and credited appropriately assigned for sales compensation. Produces deal documentation and configures systems to reflect ordering processes. Generates invoices and client billing in accordance with service and product agreements. Records, updates and validates customer and deal information in systems produces reports and analyses of sales processing activities. Management Level Definition: Applies basic foundation of a function's principles, theories and concepts to assignments of limited scope. Uses professional concepts and theoretical knowledge acquired through specialized training, education or previous experience. Develops expertise and practical knowledge of applications within business environment. Acts as team member by providing information, analysis and recommendations in support of team efforts. Exercises independent judgment within defined parameters. Set up & administer service agreements and perform Contract & Installable related activities What you will do:

Review backlog regularly and take ownership of open service orders to set up related agreements as per defined process within SLA (Service Level Agreement) Maintain accurate order tracking files Procure, maintain & make available, data and associated reports on orders & agreements to the management periodically   Coordinate with the global & theatre contracts & Installed Base team as required (while dealing with order issues/service delivery/logistics) Support global & theatre contracts & Installed Base team whenever required Build and strengthen relationships with customers through effective administration & monitoring of agreements and performance Recommend and implement procedures to improve process practices, techniques & efficiency Drive & perform regular quality checks Actively participate in team meetings Assist theatre team leader in terms of work assignment and ad hoc tasks What you need to bring:

Required: Graduate with 5+ years of experience, preferably in a Quote to cash Experience in service agreement, Installed Base and/or order administration will be an advantage Excellent oral and written communication skills Literacy in various PC applications & Microsoft office tools is a must Proficient in MS Excel and have a willingness to build on existing
