Overview JLL is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Office Leasing Intern to join our dynamic leasing team in the Philippines. This internship offers hands-on experience in commercial real estate, providing exposure to office leasing operations, market analysis, and client service. Assist in market research and analysis of office space trends, occupancy rates, and rental prices Support the creation of property marketing materials and presentations Help maintain and update property databases and client information Participate in property tours and client meetings (when appropriate) Assist in preparing lease abstracts and financial analyses Support the team in various administrative tasks related to lease transactions Contribute to the development of market reports and industry insights Job requirements Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate or related field Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) with strong analytical and research capabilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively Eager to learn about commercial real estate with a professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills Location: On-site –Makati, Philippines If this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet all of the requirements.  We’re interested in getting to know you and what you bring to the table!
