DEPARTMENT OVERVIEW Co-op and Internship opportunities allow you to gain valuable work experience across a number of the businesses at TD. Our Co-op/Intern Programming is offered with select Co-op and Internship roles and is designed to help you better understand the TD business, build on critical career capabilities, and broaden your professional network. This program is designed to complement your on-the job experience and features: Leadership talks with key Leaders from across the organization Lunch and Learns on topics such as Innovation Diversity and Inclusion and Personal Branding and so much more JOB DESCRIPTION We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic intern to join our dynamic creative team. This role offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment, working alongside our team on various creative projects. Responsibilities include assisting with brainstorming sessions, conducting research, supporting content creation, and helping with campaign development. Ideal candidates should have a passion for creativity, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively. Familiarity with design tools, social media platforms, or basic marketing concepts is a plus. JOB REQUIREMENTS Create unique external and internal digital content to support Business Banking Colleague Engagement Team and bring TD's Colleague Promise to life. This could include social content, newsletters, web and print banners, videos, static imagery, invites, and other program initiatives across the team as requested. Currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree in Marketing, Digital Communications, Creative Arts, Communications, Business/Commerce or related field Must be enrolled in an undergraduate degree with the intent of going back to school at the start of your work term Strong understanding of creative delivery and social media strategies to drive engagement. Support concept brainstorming and script development to tell the stories of our colleagues and customers. Strong writing and editing skills Experience with art production/graphic design. Passion for creativity and design. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively. Familiarity with: Design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).Social media platforms. Basic marketing concepts KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Assist with brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for campaigns. Support the development of digital and print assets, including social media content, presentations, and marketing collateral.Conduct research to inform creative concepts and design strategies. Collaborate with team members on multimedia projects and ensure timely delivery. Help maintain brand consistency across all creative outputs. Participate in team meetings and provide input on creative direction.
