Due to the development of John Deere Business Service Center, we are currently seeking candidates for the position of: Subject Matter Expert - AP Process Grade: 6 Your responsibilities:
Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the Accounts Payable process, including the identification, definition and implementation of new solutions. Participate in and coordinate projects aimed at optimizing AP processes, systems and digital tools. Act as a subject matter expert and key point of contact for AP process-related topics, providing guidance and support to operational teams. Collaborate with Finance, IT and business stakeholders to support process enhancements, system changes and issue resolution. Support testing, implementation and stabilization of new process solutions and system improvements. Monitor process performance, analyze KPIs and contribute to process documentation, knowledge sharing and training activities.
Our requirements
2+ years of experience in Accounts Payable, Finance, or a Shared Services environment. Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable processes, accounting principles, and SAP (preferably FI and MM). Language Requirements: English B2, both written and spoken. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively in an international environment. A proactive and innovative mindset, with a passion for process improvement and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Nice to have
Experience in Lean and/or Six Sigma methodologies. Experience with Microsoft 365, Power Platform, SharePoint, reporting or automation solutions. Experience in project coordination, testing, change implementation or user training.
