The Capacity Manager is responsible for ensuring that IT infrastructure, applications, and services have sufficient capacity to meet current and future business demands in a cost-effective manner. The role involves capacity planning, performance analysis, forecasting, monitoring, reporting, and collaboration with business and technical stakeholders. Primary Skills

ITIL Capacity Management Infrastructure Capacity Planning Performance Monitoring & Analysis Capacity Forecasting & Trending Capacity & Availability Management Dynatrace, Splunk, AppDynamics or similar monitoring tools Data Analytics and Reporting Python/Automation (preferred)
