Sales Support Officer Location: Warsaw, Poland Behind every smooth product launch, every on-time delivery, every satisfied retail partner, there's a team making it happen. You'll be joining Sony's commercial operations team in Warsaw, getting to grips with how we operate on a day-to-day, you’ll be expertly trained on processing orders, coordinating deliveries, managing customer accounts and maintaining our critical data & systems. The team is warm, human & supportive, whilst the work is structured and process driven. There's real depth to it once you get under the surface. You'll be at the heart of order management across Poland & the Baltic region, working closely with Sales, Marketing Logistics, and Finance teams. Whilst it’s working closely with our Sales teams, this isn't a cold-calling or commission-based role. It's for someone who finds satisfaction in precision, takes ownership seriously, and wants to grow in their career. What you’ll be doing Order Management – enter & tracking orders in our SAP system from placement all the way through to delivery. Query Resolution – identify and resolve issues, delays, errors and missing & lost products Delivery Coordination – booking delivery slots with customers, managing returns and ensuring products physically reach their destination Customer & Claims handling – respond to customer complaints, process claims, returns & refusals and keeping key accounts updated throughout the sales cycle Data Maintenance – Manage credit notes, pricing corrections, stock adjustments and bulk payment runs, whilst maintaining accurate reports and system records You will bring: Critical Strong communication skills – you’ll need to be happy & comfortable working across & with other functions (Sales, Marketing & Finance) Intermediate Excel skills – think VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, SUMIFs etc. Demonstrable experience within a corporate workplace – this can be through an internship or a contract role, but some evidence of experiencing corporate life is valuable. Our office is part of City Gate and is located near the center of Warsaw, on the border of the Central Business District (COB) and Wola. This location guarantees easy access to the facility, both by public transport and by car, and additionally there are metro stations of line 1 (Ratusz Arsenał) and line 2 (Rondo Daszyńskiego) nearby.
