About this role
Essential Functions: •Works closely with the FFC Operations Support Supervisor supporting facility services and complying with policies and procedures •Provides standard information about policies and procedures providing updates on changes as applicable •Provides ad hoc reporting and analysis as requested identifying and reporting trends and opportunities related to process gaps to drive operational improvements •Works within established parameters to ensure quality and productivity metrics •Completes basic inbound and outbound discrepancy research partnering with leadership to resolve and identify next steps •Provides guard shack and general administrative support •Performs scheduled cycle count of product in the facility monitoring and verifying process audits, cycle counts, damages, and hazmat processing are completed daily •Performs recount of product when inventory differences occur •Completes reverse logistics key activities •Performs customer wave and allocation in the order fulfillment process •Keeps leadership informed of potential issues/problems related to supporting established timelines •Onboards associates and assists associates with payroll and benefits enrollment •Completes ad hoc projects as assigned by leader Minimum Requirements: •High School Diploma or GED •1 year experience in operations support role •Basic math and reading comprehension skills •Basic computer skills including a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Preferences: •Experience in distribution center operations •Experience with software applications such as Excel, Access or Lowe’s WMS system •Experience managing multiple projects/tasks simultaneously requiring a strong ability to prioritize and manage time •Experience using troubleshooting processes to resolve problems Pay Range: $25.25 - $31.85 per hour Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
