Department Overview: The Senior Management Specialist is a key member of the Commercial Bank Strategy team, serving as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on strategic priorities, business performance, and growth opportunities. The role is responsible for analyzing complex business issues, conducting market and competitive assessments, developing executive-level recommendations, and supporting the execution of strategic initiatives that advance the Commercial Bank's objectives. The ideal candidate combines strong quantitative and analytical skills with exceptional communication and storytelling abilities. They are able to structure ambiguous problems, develop fact-based insights, and create concise, executive-ready materials that inform decision-making at the highest levels of the organization. Success requires intellectual rigor, strong stakeholder management, effective project coordination, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with competing priorities and tight timelines.
