Serve as a compliance consultant to Mattel Ventures and functional partners, including Global Brand Team, Ecommerce, Contract Manufacturing, Consumer Products, Sustainability, Global Supply Chain, Quality, Legal, and regional commercial teams. Communicate compliance standards, expectations, and requirements to factories, licensees, suppliers, business units, and functional teams, ensuring timely closure of gaps and practical alignment with business needs. Partner with data teams to interpret compliance information, organize reporting, analyze results, identify trends, and create ongoing status updates for management and stakeholders.
