About the Team This talent acquisition team manages a streamlined recruitment process for our global Finance, Corporate Services, HR, Internal Audit and Ethics teams with a focus on the AMS region. The team continually works with hiring managers and HR to achieve efficient and effective hiring processes, and to provide a positive candidate experience for our potential new colleagues!

As a Project Intern, you will contribute to impactful short-term projects and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, professional environment. This internship offers the opportunity to develop practical skills, apply your knowledge to real-world challenges, and explore your career interests. Responsibilities: - Partner closely with hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand hiring needs, provide market insights, and advise on talent solutions aligned with business priorities. - Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job briefing and candidate sourcing to interview coordination, and offer negotiation. - Optimize recruitment channels and internal resources to improve hiring efficiency, build quality candidate pipelines, and drive hiring outcomes. - Track and review recruitment outcomes on a regular basis, identify gaps or challenges in the hiring process, and proactively suggest improvements. - Contribute to recruiting projects and initiatives, including talent mapping, market research, and recruitment process optimization.
