As an AMG Product Specialist Sr within PNC Private Bank, work may be performed from a quiet, confidential space in a home location, approved by PNC. This position may not be available in all geographic locations. Seeking a detail-oriented and adaptable professional with a strong background in trust and fiduciary services, retirement and tax planning, and IRA administration. The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills, strong verbal and written communication abilities, and a demonstrated capacity to work collaboratively within a team environment. Proficiency in technology tools, such as Microsoft Excel, is essential. A commitment to continuous learning and the ability to actively listen and respond to client needs are also key attributes. A bachelor’s degree and a minimum of five years of relevant industry experience are typically required. Having a legal background or a Juris Doctor (JD) is highly preferred. This position may be eligible for remote work in select geographic locations, subject to approval by PNC. If approved, work must be conducted from a quiet, secure, and confidential home-based workspace. Occasional in-office participation may be required based on business needs. PNC will not provide sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM OPT for this position.
Job Description
Supports the team on execution of strategies including updating policies, procedures and processes and ensures a consistent execution. Works within the team and with other business leaders/employees to provide solutions and support the delivery of an exceptional client experience. Serves as an additional point of contact for escalated fiduciary, compliance, and operational matters. Supports the Director in monitoring risk management and escalated issues from the line of business leaders. Represents the function and line of business as part of enterprise and other initiatives. Serves as backup to the AMG Product Specialist Advisor.
