Staff AI Enablement & Transformation Engineer will drive AI adoption, workforce transformation, and innovation across the Finance organization. This role is responsible for accelerating the adoption of AI-powered solutions, building workforce capabilities, fostering citizen innovation, and delivering measurable business value through AI, automation, and agentic technologies. The ideal candidate combines expertise in AI technologies, change management, learning and development, and Finance transformation. This individual will partner with Finance leaders, SMEs, and enterprise technology teams to enable employees to effectively leverage AI tools, AI agents, and automation solutions to improve productivity, decision-making, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Finance AI transformation and adoption initiatives aligned with Finance modernization and business objectives. Develop and execute AI enablement strategies that improve productivity, decision-making, and business outcomes across Finance. Partner with Finance leaders to identify, prioritize, and scale high-impact AI use cases and transformation opportunities. Champion adoption of Claude, Claude Code, Microsoft Copilot, and other approved enterprise AI platforms. Design, build, test, and deploy AI solutions including AI agents, Claude Skills, Copilot Agents, prompt libraries, and workflow automations. Create reusable AI assets, accelerators, templates, and best-practice playbooks that can be leveraged across Finance organizations. Design and deliver AI learning programs, workshops, boot camps, office hours, and certification pathways. Train and coach employees on prompt engineering, AI-assisted work, workflow automation, AI agents, and emerging AI technologies. Lead Finance citizen developer programs, AI champion networks, hackathons, innovation challenges, and communities of practice. Develop and publish Finance AI newsletters highlighting new AI capabilities, use cases, success stories, and learning opportunities. Measure and report AI adoption, engagement, proficiency, and business value through dashboards and executive reporting. Quantify productivity improvements, hours saved, process efficiencies, and business outcomes enabled through AI initiatives. Ensure AI solutions comply with enterprise governance, security, privacy, compliance, and Responsible AI standards.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in AI Enablement, Finance Transformation, Digital Transformation, Organizational Change Management, or Workforce Capability Development. Experience leading enterprise technology adoption programs and driving organizational change. Strong analytical, reporting, and data visualization skills. Hands-on experience with enterprise AI platforms such as Claude, Claude Code, Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI, OpenAI, AWS AI Services, or equivalent technologies. Experience building and deploying AI agents, Claude Skills, Copilot Agents, AI assistants, or agentic workflow solutions. Experience with prompt engineering, workflow automation, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), MCP integrations, and AI orchestration. Experience leading citizen developer programs, hackathons, communities of practice, or innovation initiatives. Excellent communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills. Proven ability to influence and collaborate across business and technology organizations.
