Testing Engineer

1. GENERAL SUMMARY: 1) Perform testing engineering assignments associated with integrity of product design to assure manufacturability 2) Primary responsibility to assist new project introduction from SHIFU/CPD/ EVT or migration to SHIFU manufacturing and release product support. 3) Quality, Cost and Delivery effectiveness with a minimum of supervision and guidance. 2.

1) Cell QDC daily management. 2) Cell Setup for New projects and Migration projects 3) FBS Kaizen to the cells for the real FBS Culture (one piece flow, SW, KANBAN …) 4) Raise the RED FLAG to production manager if the problem cannot be solved within 30 minutes 5) Training new TE ENG for the daily work 6) Lead and coach trouble-shooter to learn trouble shooting of new project. 7) Build up testing SOP through working with RD engineer. 8) Train operator for the necessary new job skills, certify operator skill level. 9) Perform other related duties as assigned 3.

1) Bachelor’s degree in engineering with a minimum of 5 years technical experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. 2) Fluent in both oral and written English. 3) Wide application of principles, theories and concepts of functional and component area. 4) Requires originality and independent judgment and evaluation. 5) Familiar with SPC and DOE tool. 6) Has very well trouble-shooting skill. 7) Theories and concepts of manufacturing engineering with acknowledge of lean production and Kaizen is preferred. 8) NPI experience is preferred. 9) Familiar with electronic component and MCU interface. 10) Familiar with one or more languages such as VB.NET, C#, JavaScript,JQuery,HTML,CSS 11) Have experience in control,software,measurement, optic,vision and other technology development is plus. 4. MEASUREMENT: 1) New project successfully introduced into mass production. 2) Line down due to testing issues. 3) Productivity improvement due to testing process/equipment improvement. 4) RTY of calibration & testing promotion.
