Key Responsibilities: 负责建立全国性HDC（装企）经营体系，将当前项目型、区域型装企业务，升级为可复制、可规模化的全国零售增长引擎。 该岗位核心目标包括： •      全国装企渠道开发 •      跨区域装企管理 •      安装生态建设 •      标准化运营机制建立 推动装企渠道从：“ 区域项目生意 ”升级为“ 全国性零售增长渠道 ”。 核心职责 1. 全国HDC战略制定 •      制定全国HDC发展规划 •      筛选重点装企合作伙伴 •      建立跨区域合作机制 •      建立区别于传统零售的HDC经营模式 2. 跨区域客户管理 •      管理全国性及跨区域装企客户 •      协调区域执行一致性 •      建立统一合作标准 •      避免区域资源冲突与重复谈判 3. 安装生态建设 •      建立安装商分级与认证体系 •      建立安装商激励机制 •      提升安装质量与用户体验 •      提升安装商品牌黏性 4. Sell-out经营管理 •      通过装企生态推动Sell-out增长 •      提升项目转化效率 •      建立可复制的装企经营模型 •      协同终端展示与用户体验建设 5. 区域能力管理 •      管理区域HDC专员（虚线汇报） •      推动全国HDC SOP标准化 •      输出最佳实践 •      建立长期装企经营能力 Requirements 本科及以上学历，市场营销、工商管理、暖通空调、建筑环境与能源工程等相关专业优先。 具备暖通空调（HVAC）、家居建材、家电、智能家居或相关行业背景者优先。 熟悉装企渠道经营模式及行业生态，了解终端零售市场发展趋势。 具备全国性渠道开发与客户管理能力，能够独立制定渠道拓展策略并推动落地。 具备优秀的商业谈判和客户关系管理能力，能够建立长期战略合作伙伴关系。 熟悉渠道运营管理体系，包括渠道规划、客户分级、绩效管理及运营机制建设。 具备安装服务生态建设经验，了解安装服务商管理、认证、培训及激励机制。 具备较强的数据分析能力，能够通过渠道及市场数据发现业务机会并制定增长策略。 熟练使用Excel、Power BI、CRM等数据分析及业务管理工具。 Our commitment to you Our greatest assets are the expertise, creativity and passion of our employees.
