About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced team of organised administration professionals. The dual role involves some traditional EA support for some of our partners as well as Team Leader support to the Assurance PA Team.
What you will do
Supporting Partners: Complex and extensive diary/email management and meeting coordination. Preparation, attendance and recording minutes as required. Produce brand compliant presentations and report documentation using Word, PowerPoint and Excel (responsibility to ensure all firm standards are maintained using PwC branding) Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements by liaising with internal travel office and provide detailed itineraries Assistance with event management for both internal and external events as required.
The Team
Leader will be responsible for: Efficiently managing and leading the Business administrative support team by providing day-to-day guidance and support to team members Coaching, appraisal and performance review of an allocated team (20-30 people) including setting goals at the start of the performance year, providing regular coaching & feedback throughout the year to support the Coachees development and wellbeing and promoting an open door policy. Participating in the end of year annual review process including proposing Impact Tiers based on the individual’s performance feedback from the LoS, contribution and impact. Working closely with the Task managers to ensure delegation of team duties are delivered. Resourcing and deployment within the allocated resources to ensure Working with the other Team Leaders to optimise utilisation across the LoS’ and Firm during busy and quieter periods. Managing holiday requests, being the sick leave point of contact (as well as the reporting Director/Partner) and taking relevant action and implementing cover if necessary. Taking responsibility to drive one of the following pillars across the PA community:- Innovation & Collaboration Learning & Development Performance & Impact Onboarding new PA joiners to the team, allocating Buddies and working with the allocated LoS/Regions to ensure successful integration of new resources into the team as well as taking responsibility for their continuous development. Actively sharing knowledge and promoting and embracing new ways of working and technologies. Looking at ways to innovate manual processes through the use of technology. Constantly reviewing the team's training and development needs and working with the Team Leader Manager, other Team Leaders and L&D to develop training solutions. Holding regular team meetings to ensure workload is balanced and team members are managing. Liaise with management/HR regarding resource requirements and performance issues.
