The Role
We are looking for a Quantum Success Engineer to join a dynamic, cross-functional team dedicated to driving IonQ’s mission of delivering exceptional experiences for our customers. In this role, you will support and enable users of IonQ’s quantum computers throughout their journey, from initial setup and onboarding to leveraging advanced features. You’ll become an expert on the IonQ Quantum Cloud user experience and usage of the software surrounding our quantum computers, from how admins manage projects to how users execute quantum circuits.
While you’ll work with expert researchers in quantum applications and algorithms, this role does not require deep expertise in quantum information science - rather, you’ll focus on helping those users understand operational logistics, code syntax, and available options for executing their
