By being part of our team, you will work from Monday to Friday, 09:00-18:00, in a full on site from our office in Bucharest in the first year of activity, followed by a hibrid setup. How you will make an impact: As a Quality Auditing Analyst , you will monitor and ensure the quality of customer service processes, with a focus on live call auditing ( 100% call-related ); Audit live calls for grammar accuracy and process compliance; Conduct regular process audits aligned with client and global standards; Analyze performance data and provide quality reports; Join calibration sessions with clients and internal teams; Handle quality-related escalations and propose corrective actions; Act as a point of contact for updates on policies and procedures; Support compliance with audit and certification requirements.  #LI-EU Skills that make your work successful: Good knowledge of Polish and English, B2 level; Negotiation skills; Bachelor's degree or high school degree is a mandatory requirement; Good communication skills, oriented and analytical skills; Confident, positive, hardworking, high motivation and ability to learn.
