Your key responsibilities As a Senior Director with EY-Parthenon's Deals Transaction Analytics practice, you will lead teams in delivering critical data-driven business, financial, and commercial insights to support clients in their M&A, divestitures, carve-outs, and other transformational events. Further, you will leverage your business acumen and analytics skills to lead value creation initiatives within private equity portfolio companies and corporations alike. In both M&A and value creation projects, you'll work closely with corporate and private equity leaders, strategists, and decision-makers, offering data-driven insights that help shape strategic decisions. This role provides the opportunity to combine technical skills with business acumen, working with advanced tools/technologies such as Alteryx, Snowflake, Databricks and PowerBI along with Excel, SQL and Python. You will leverage AI technologies to both drive efficiencies and thoughtful problem solving in your daily work. You will also mentor junior team members and present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Lead data analytics projects to advise clients on financial and commercial issues, M&A transactions, and value creation opportunities for corporate clients and private equity portfolio companies. Guide teams in executing descriptive and predictive analytics, transforming data into actionable insights. Contribute to practice development and business growth through client meetings, presentations, and new business pursuits. Support the career development of junior staff through mentorship. Drive innovation by applying advanced analytical techniques and staying updated on sector trends. Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing strategic insights and solutions.

To qualify for the role, you must have
A bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field and 8 years of related work experience; or a graduate degree and approximately 7 years of related work experience.
