Job Summary
Work assembly lines in the Johns Creek Factory as asked. This is a contract role with the possibility to go Full Time. 1st Shift is Monday through Friday 6am to 2:30pm. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities Pick parts from inventory and assembly product as specified in production orders. Keep area clean and organized Assemble product in a timely manor Follow instructions on production orders Deliver product as asked Help in other areas of the factory when asked Review bills of materials and ensure parts are available in the assembly area to meet customer delivery date. Prep sub assembly parts according to production order and bill of materials (BOM) Visual inspection for any damage components, O-ring, Seals, module bodies before assembly. Follows assemblies drawings specifications to complete activities for assemblies. Able to work 8hrs standing, Be Lift, position, and secure machined parts on worktables using, screwdrivers, Power tools, hoists, and/or vises. Able to lift and turn 50Lb manifold when need it, to screw plugs, filters, O-ring and seals. Able to learn/perform small wires electrical connections, crimp, pinch and twist cables by hand, perform Hi-Pot test and Manufacture test to the assembled products to warranty quality of the part and customer order satisfaction. Verify dimensions, alignments, and clearances of finished parts for conformance to specifications. Participate in keeping work Area organize (5S, kaizen). Maintains work area and equipment in a clean orderly condition at the end of the shift.
Education and Experience
Requirements High School graduate, technical or trade experience.
